THIS ROLE REQUIRES A CAR $22.12 - $25.96 per hour Mon - Fri 8-4:30 pm West Ridge location     The Bilingual Recovery Counselor will assess the client’s personal, medical, emotional, social, and environmental situation to plan for treatment course through home, community, and office visits.  They will provide individually-based motivational treatment and support to clients to assist them in their recovery from mental illness in English and Spanish languages.  The Recovery Counselor will be an advocate for clients and link them to community services as needed.  They will provide client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach in English and Spanish.     The Recovery Counselor will provide at least 60% of all community support services in the community in English and Spanish.  They will complete case management tasks with clients within a shared caseload.  The Recovery Counselor will be responsible for documenting all services provided to clients according to agency policy and state requirements.

      The Team Leader has overall responsibility for the direct clinical and administrative supervision of staff on their team. They ensure the team provides quality services to clients that are recovery-based and trauma-informed with a focus on harm reduction with co-occurring disorders.  The Team Leader oversees the coordination and quality of services for all clients on the assigned team.  The Team Leader has knowledge of the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) model and supports in ensuring accuracy of tracking required data for the project.  They support in recruiting and enrolling clients and engaging them to complete the 9 month timeframe of the project.  The Team Leader develops a cohesive team by hiring and training dynamic clinicians, providing coaching and mentoring to team members, and by serving as the senior clinician on the team.  The Team Leader routinely interfaces with other team leaders, managers and the executive team in order to enhance communication, cooperation & collaboration across programs/departments and to improve the quality and comprehensiveness of services.

    $5,000 Hiring Bonus!   The Impact Team Leader has overall responsibility for the direct supervision of a team of Child & Adolescent Therapists, Case Managers, and Students. They will provide direct clinical supervision for team members, run regularly scheduled team meetings, help develop and monitor treatment plans for the team’s clients, and develop and administer tracking systems for required documentation to ensure quality service and effective interventions are delivered to Trilogy clients.  The Team Leader will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to referred clients and provide consultation to other Trilogy programs as needed.  They will provide and ensure the team provides client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach.   This position is hybrid, with the outpatient clinic located in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago. Our Child and Adolescent Therapists are paid for non-direct service activities (like attending meetings and trainings, completing clinical assessments and notes, consulting with other therapists and case collaterals) and have flexibility in choosing their schedule.  Although there is an extensive waitlist, Trilogy, Inc. provides new clinicians with an additional stipend as they are building their caseload.   Trilogy has several approved sites for the National Health Service Crops (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. 1 $5,000 sign-on bonus!!   The Latino Services Coordinator will be responsible forcoordinating services provided to Spanish speaking clients and Latino communitiesserved by Trilogy. They will provide support in the form of consultation, trainings, mentorship and coaching to Spanish speaking staff and their supervisors acrossthe agency as needed.The Latino Services Coordinator will work with their supervisor, the clinical director, as well as the Director of DEIA to develop effective ways to enhance services at Trilogy while providing outreach and advocacy for Latino communities within Trilogy’s service areas. They will serve as a liaison from Trilogy to Latino communities and support in developing relationships with community partners.  The Latino Services Coordinator is also responsible for providing clinical servicesin Spanish to clients across all levels of care.

The Clinical Director will oversee the operations of the Front Door Diversion Program and other programs as assigned.  They will assist the Executive Clinical Director in overseeing the implementation of the Front Door Diversion Program. They will oversee operations, staffing, and service delivery of these departments, teams, and programs to ensure smooth transition for class members into the community.    The Clinical Director will directly supervise the Front Door Diversion (FDD) Manager. They will manage employee workflow ensuring that individuals receiving services are receiving optimum continuity of care with favorable outcomes per federal, state, accrediting, funding, and organizational requirements.  The Clinical Director will embody Trilogy’s values and mission and push forward initiatives throughout the department.  They will ensure that clients are provided with strengths-based, client-centered, trauma-informed, and integrated quality services where they are being served at an appropriate level of care.
