The First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Program Intern will provide client-centered and strength-based services to individuals, 14-40 years of age, who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. This program promotes early identification and provides best treatment practices, as soon as possible. This individual will collaborate with other treatment team members to provide intensive services. The intern will provide services to both the individual and their families, as part of this program, developed from the Best Practices in Schizophrenia Treatment Center at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). This individual will provide a combination of case management and counseling supports through home, community, and office visits. This position will be based out of the Albany Park office, although will have capacity to work with clients in-person offsite and remotely.

The internship is non paid and utilizes a developmental learning approach to provide interns with knowledge and skills in evidence-based practices for supporting individuals undergoing
treatment and recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. Initially, interns will have limited responsibilities and will receive close supervision, mentoring, and intensive instruction. As they progress, they
will gradually gain autonomy while still receiving ongoing supervision and consultation. This internship position can offer up to 300 hours with no more then 20 hours per week. This position offeres weekly hour logs to be signed off by intern and supervisor, individualized internsip plan and required supervision and preformace evaluations.
This internship provides opportunities for developing skills in both individual and group therapy. Outpatient services has a DBT program which interns can participate in if their schedule allows. Individual supervision occurs weekly in addition to group supervision every other week. We provide special trainings throughout the year, including a training series focused on trauma-informed care. Thursdays are required days as that is when our group supervision for interns occurs. A collaborative and holistic approach to client care is emphasized.
The Child and Adolescent Therapist Intern will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy and case management to referred clients ages 6 to 25 years old; and provide consultation to other Trilogy programs. They will provide person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to clients with mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach.
$40 /Hr.
Please Note: This is a PRN On-Call position. The incumbent will sign up to provide coverage for in-person mobile responses on primarily night shifts needing additional employee support. It is expected that employees be able to respond in person within 30 minutes to Evanston, Skokie, Rogers Park, West Ridge, Edgewater, and Uptown locations.

The PRN On-Call Crisis Counselor will provide on-call coverage for our Alternative Crisis Response Program. Employees will sign up to cover 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am. They will not be expected to work in the office or work the entirety of their shift. The PRN On-Call Crisis Counselor will be expected to complete work duties if a crisis call comes in that necessitates mobile response. PRN On-Call Crisis Counselors must commit to working one shift per month.
Trilogy has received funding from the State of Illinois to develop and implement mobile crisis response program in response to the recognition that mental health crises are not currently addressed in the most effective, safe, and trauma-informed way.
The PRN On-Call Crisis Counselor will respond to mental health crises in the community as part of a team and provide de-escalation, assessment, safety planning, and community resources. They will provide strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed services to people with severe mental illnesses and co-occurring substance abuse/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach.

The Recovery Counselor will be an advocate for clients and link them to community services as needed. They will provide client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach in English and Spanish.
The Recovery Counselor will provide at least 60% of all community support services in the community in English and Spanish. They will complete case management tasks with clients within a shared caseload. The Recovery Counselor will be responsible for documenting all services provided to clients according to agency policy and state requirements.
The Team Leader has overall responsibility for the direct clinical and administrative supervision of staff on their team. They ensure the team provides quality services to clients that are recovery-based and trauma-informed with a focus on harm reduction with co-occurring disorders. The Team Leader oversees the coordination and quality of services for all clients on the assigned team. The Team Leader has knowledge of the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) model and supports in ensuring accuracy of tracking required data for the project. They support in recruiting and enrolling clients and engaging them to complete the 9 month timeframe of the project. The Team Leader develops a cohesive team by hiring and training dynamic clinicians, providing coaching and mentoring to team members, and by serving as the senior clinician on the team. The Team Leader routinely interfaces with other team leaders, managers and the executive team in order to enhance communication, cooperation & collaboration across programs/departments and to improve the quality and comprehensiveness of services.

The Impact Team Leader has overall responsibility for the direct supervision of a team of Child & Adolescent Therapists, Case Managers, and Students. They will provide direct clinical supervision for team members, run regularly scheduled team meetings, help develop and monitor treatment plans for the team’s clients, and develop and administer tracking systems for required documentation to ensure quality service and effective interventions are delivered to Trilogy clients. The Team Leader will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to referred clients and provide consultation to other Trilogy programs as needed. They will provide and ensure the team provides client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach.
This position is hybrid, with the outpatient clinic located in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago. This position is eligible for a condensed work schedule.
