    Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. strongly believes that treatment services are more effective when provided in the client’s natural setting, hence, the majority of services provided are located in the community.  Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. also employs a holistic approach to each client’s treatment and integrates all facets of our clients’ lives including mental/emotional health, physical health/wellness, employment and education, social and family relationships, substance use/abuse issues, and housing needs.


    Typical services provided include case management, counseling/therapy, individual skills training, medication training, crisis intervention, linkage to community resources, advocacy, assessment, and treatment planning.



    The Human Resources Generalist will provide administrative support in areas of recruitment, compliance, employee relations, etc. He/she/they will have a heavy focus on recruitment and help drive strategies and efforts to attract and hire top talent. The Human Resources Generalist will partner with Supervisors throughout the organization to support their hiring needs, and work to establish a seamless onboarding process for new hires. He/she/they will work on projects and initiatives to further develop services provided within the department; and provide excellent customer service to all employees that may seek their counsel.


    Essential Responsibilities

    • Conduct full cycle recruitment for various positions and internships throughout the organization; i.e. job posting, resume review, phone screen, interview, offer extension, onboarding, etc.
    • Partner will departments and Hiring Managers to support their hiring needs
    • Coordinate and execute candidate screening and interviewing to help select top talent to meet position requirements
    • Work with team members to formulate recruitment strategies and marketing efforts to identify quality candidates.
    • Collaborate with colleges/universities to promote organization and to create a relationship that funnels candidates to the organization. Attend job fairs, career fairs, and school events to promote the organization and recruit talent.
    • Build applicant sources by contacting and partnering with community organizations, employment agencies, professional organizations, and referral organizations to build a candidate pipeline
    • Use job board, social media, and professional network sites to identify and source candidates.
    • Access and utilize applicant tracking system. Perform data entry into various human resources systems; and assist with system maintenance, audits, and reports.
    • Provide overall administrative support to the human resources department regarding services provided. Ensure employee compliance to agency and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Recommend modifications in service structure, operations, and department policies to improve overall department functionality and performance.
    • Participate in committees/workgroups; and perform other related duties and/or projects as assigned



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or other closely related field required
    • Two years of demonstrated work experience performing human resources or recruitment duties
    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certified preferred
    • Experience in a healthcare, clinical, non-profit environment preferred
    • Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and analytical skills. Conscientious of integrity of work delivered
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines from initiation to completion under minimal supervision
    • Strong work ethic, proactive, self-motivated, and great follow through
