    Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. strongly believes that treatment services are more effective when provided in the client’s natural setting, hence, the majority of services provided are located in the community.  Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. also employs a holistic approach to each client’s treatment and integrates all facets of our clients’ lives including mental/emotional health, physical health/wellness, employment and education, social and family relationships, substance use/abuse issues, and housing needs.


    Typical services provided include case management, counseling/therapy, individual skills training, medication training, crisis intervention, linkage to community resources, advocacy, assessment, and treatment planning.


    The Senior Financial Services Representative is responsible for managing the daily operations of the client trust accounts, which includes recording of receipts and disbursements of client funds.  He/she/they will maintain policies and procedures related to petty cash disbursements, client assistance, and client loans across their assigned programs and locations.  They will follow consistent policies related to client trust transactions, monitor account balances, analyze individual client accounts, etc. 


    Essential Responsibilities

    • Manage and monitor the financial services process for their assigned teams and clients related to client deposits, reconciliation of client trust accounts, and disbursement of client funds; i.e. review client trust fund deposits, management snapshot of accounts, enforcement of signature rules in accordance with policy guidelines.
    • Monitor client trust account balances to ensure accounts do not accumulate to a value greater than Social Security regulation limits. Work with employees to ensure client related spending plans are modified to address excessive cash accumulation issues.
    • Follow policies regarding disbursement of petty cash and disbursement of client assistance funds for assigned location. May participate in audits/reviews as needed to ensure compliance.
    • Enforce financial services policies, procedures, and workflows with clinical employees; e.g. situations where client loans are acceptable
    • Work with Supervisor to ensure adequate staffing of financial services functions during holidays, vacations, or other unplanned time-off by utilizing client trust representatives.
    • Liaison on behalf of clients for recurring payments such as rent and utilities which may require follow-up to ensure that timely payments are disbursed.
    • Perform other related duties and/or projects as assigned


    • Associates Degree; preferably in Accounting, Business, or other closely related field
    • Minimum one to three year’s experience in financial services, banking, cash handling, etc.
    • Valid Illinois Driver’s License with daily access to a vehicle. Ability to travel to multiple agency locations.
    • Advanced Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft applications
    • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization, which includes working with leadership to implement policies toward a common goal
    • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • A “hands on” individual capable and dedicated to getting the job done with limited onsite supervision
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads. Capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
    • Ability to raise issues/concerns to the next level of management when problems occur.
    • Ability to work with a high degree of ethical behavior and accuracy.
