    Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. strongly believes that treatment services are more effective when provided in the client’s natural setting, hence, the majority of services provided are located in the community.  Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. also employs a holistic approach to each client’s treatment and integrates all facets of our clients’ lives including mental/emotional health, physical health/wellness, employment and education, social and family relationships, substance use/abuse issues, and housing needs.

     

    Typical services provided include case management, counseling/therapy, individual skills training, medication training, crisis intervention, linkage to community resources, advocacy, assessment, and treatment planning.

    Responsibilities

    The Program Manager will oversee the Beacon Drop-In Center and Peer Services program.  He/she/they will provide direct clinical supervision for team members, run team meetings, help develop and monitor treatment plans for the team’s clients, and develop and administer tracking systems for required documentation to ensure quality service delivery and effective interventions to clients.  The Program Manger will provide individual and group services to clients in the Beacon; and will provide coordination, consultation, and collaboration to all peer employees throughout the organization.  He/she/they will provide client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach. 

     

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Provide direct service to clients in the Drop-in Center, functioning as the Senior Clinician for the Beacon program.
    • Monitor and adjust employee schedules and allocate resources accordingly to ensure the Drop-in Center is adequately staffed and enough clinical time is scheduled to meet direct service requirements.
    • Provide effective supervision and coaching to all assigned team members.  Train new employees to provide quality services to clients.  Ensure continued education and training for assigned clinical and administrative employees to strengthen services provided.
    • Evaluate program’s effectiveness in meeting deliverables. Recommend modifications in service structure or operations that affect the program.  Develop plans to improve program performance. 
    • Develop individualized treatment plans with the input of the client and their team, which includes providers and natural supports. Collaborate with members of the client’s team to ensure quality of treatment and coordination of care.
    • Serve as an advocate for clients, linking them to needed community services; assess client’s personal, medical, social, emotional, and environmental situation to plan for linkage and treatment course.
    • Coordinate and facilitate all peer employee consultation meetings to provide peer employees with support, coaching, and mentoring related to their unique role as a peer
    • Provide agency wide and community trainings related to peer services
    • Assist with the credentialing process for peer staff specific certifications, licensures, etc.
    • Maintain documentation and chart in compliance with Medicaid, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Services (CARF), and agency standards.
    • Participate in meetings, committees, and work groups as needed.
    • Perform other related duties and/or projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Masters’ Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling other closely related field
    • Minimum two years’ experience working with people with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor preferred
    • Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS); or must obtain CRSS certification within one year of hire date
    • Preference given to people with lived and/or supervisory experience
