    Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. strongly believes that treatment services are more effective when provided in the client’s natural setting, hence, the majority of services provided are located in the community.  Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. also employs a holistic approach to each client’s treatment and integrates all facets of our clients’ lives including mental/emotional health, physical health/wellness, employment and education, social and family relationships, substance use/abuse issues, and housing needs.


    Typical services provided include case management, counseling/therapy, individual skills training, medication training, crisis intervention, linkage to community resources, advocacy, assessment, and treatment planning.


    The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of the project.  He/she/they will track progress and report on deliverables to senior management; and ensure the successful completion and integration of the project for the organization. 


     **This position is a temporary, six month contractor position working 20 hours per week.  Days are flexible and will be determined by the candidate and Supervisor.  Contract may also extend beyond six months based on demand.


    Essential Responsibilities

    • Manage project to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality
    • Define scope of project in collaboration with senior management.
    • Create work plans and project schedules that identifies and sequences activities to successfully complete project. Execute project according to work plans and schedules.
    • Determine and allocate resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete project
    • Ensure all project employees receive appropriate orientation to the project
    • Provide direction to employees on their responsibilities, deliverables, timeframes; and hold them accountable to the project team.
    • Monitor progress of project, make adjustments as necessary, and review quality of work completed to ensure project standards are met
    • Communicate project status to employees. Report on delays or performance issues.
    • Develop forms and records to document activities; and set-up files for project information to be securely housed.
    • Determine project objectives and measures. Use these to evaluate project upon completion.
    • Collaborate with employees from various programs/departments to ensure successful completion and implementation of project.
    • Perform other related duties and/or projects as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other closely related field required
    • Three to five years of project management experience required
    • Experience working in a non-for-profit healthcare environment
    • Detail-oriented business analysis skills, problem solving, and organizational skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
