    Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. strongly believes that treatment services are more effective when provided in the client’s natural setting, hence, the majority of services provided are located in the community. Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Inc. also employs a holistic approach to each client’s treatment and integrates all facets of our clients’ lives including mental/emotional health, physical health/wellness, employment and education, social and family relationships, substance use/abuse issues, and housing needs.


    Typical services provided include case management, counseling/therapy, individual skills training, medication training, crisis intervention, linkage to community resources, advocacy, assessment, and treatment planning.


    The Housing Resource Developer will identify suitable housing for Trilogy clients with a focus on class members. They will establish and maintain relationships with rental owners, landlords and/or property managers while maintaining a housing resource list. They will create housing marketing and educational materials that reflect the mission of Trilogy and Williams and Colbert Program goals.


    Essential Responsibilities

    • Research new funding housing opportunities, and communicate with potential funding sources
    • Work with departments to improve housing processes and communications with landlords and property management entities
    • Prepare housing development action plans and strategies
    • Develop and maintain a housing resource database
    • Develop and maintain promotional materials
    • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
    • Make housing development calls to new and existing rental owners, landlords and/or property managers
    • Develop and make presentations of Trilogy services and Williams and Colbert Subsidies to current and potential rental owners, landlords and/or property managers
    • Negotiate with rental owners, landlords and/or property managers
    • Create housing development proposals
    • Conduct housing subsidy training
    • Maintain housing development activity records and prepare reports
    • Respond to inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
    • Carry out market research and surveys for rental owners, landlords and/or property managers
    • Participate in Cook County housing events
    • Perform other related duties and/or projects as assigned


    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Familiar with and comfortable working within the City of Chicago neighborhoods
    • Ability to write performance reports and create marketing materials
    • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills


    Other Requirements include:

    • Valid IL Driver’s License
    • Daily access to a well maintained/insured vehicle with 100,000/300,000 liability insurance
