Typical services provided include case management, counseling/therapy, individual skills training, medication training, crisis intervention, linkage to community resources, advocacy, assessment, and treatment planning.


The Data Analyst with SQL will be responsible for creating SQL reports and Excel based dashboards in conjunction with the rest of the Data Dept. The Data Analyst will maintain existing reports, apps and dashboards; as well as engage with other roles to create to tools that improve the quality of available information. As a member of the Data Department, the Data Analyst may be called upon to participate in projects and training outside the regular duties.



  • Create SQL queries and Excel processes to further improve reporting integrity and best practices.
  • Maintain pre-existing reports and revise as necessary.
  • Work with various managers to create technology to support new/existing projects.
  • Research new technologies and techniques to improve Trilogy BI.
  • Think creatively to solve problems unique to a non-profit community-based healthcare provider.
  • Create and maintain documentation to ensure created processes can be handed off.
  • Track personal projects accurately and provide regular updates on progress to supervisor.
  • Proactively communicate questions and context to minimize miscommunication.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years programming experience (SQL and VBA preferred)
  • Ability to create robust Excel-based tools that require minimal ongoing maintenance
  • Ability to conceptualize several intersecting workflows clearly
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
